The Command of Light

The first act of the King was to speak illumination into the void, separating the light from the darkness by the power of His Word.

“And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.” — Genesis 1:3

The Firmament & Waters

An act of divine division. God established the heavens and the earth, creating the precise environment necessary for life to thrive.

“And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.” — Genesis 1:6

The Celestial Markers

The creation of the sun, moon, and stars—not just for light, but as forensic markers for seasons, days, and years.

“And let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years.” — Genesis 1:14

The Crown of Creation

The final act: the creation of man in the image of God. This establishes the authority and responsibility of the human race under the King.

“So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.” — Genesis 1:27
