The Pillars of Enoch Part 2

Part II: The Roman Extraction: A Sentinel of the Great Falling Away

If we concede the grim possibility that the Pillar of Stone survived the Deluge, we must trace its transit not through the halls of faith, but through the gates of power. The trail leads inevitably to Rome—the “Whore” who has spent centuries annexing the relics of the ancient world to fortify her own throne. While the Adams Map identifies the stone pillar’s origin in the East, it is in the heart of St. Peter’s Square that we find a monolith that defies explanation: an uninscribed obelisk, a blank slate of red granite that has never fallen since it was brought from Heliopolis. “And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT” (Revelation 17:5), and what greater mystery is there than a captured “Pillar of Knowledge” repurposed as the center of a solar clock?

This pillar does not track the biblical lunar cycles or the “appointed times” of the Lord; instead, it casts its shadow across a pavement embedded with the signs of the Zodiac—the very “omens of the sun and stars” that Kainan was warned to hide from Noah. By surrounding this silent stone with the symbols of astrology, the Roman system has built a functional “Watcher” interface in plain sight. It is a tactical broadcast of “Noise” designed to drown out the signal of the Blessed Hope. If the Antichrist is to rise, he will require a foundation of ancient authority, and Rome sits atop the literal and figurative pillars of the pre-flood rebellion. We must realize that the enemy is not searching for truth; he is managing a stolen archive. As the “Great Day of the Lord” approaches, we should not be looking for a physical pillar of stone to save us, but standing fast upon the Rock of Ages. “For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ” (1 Corinthians 3:11). The pillars of sin are crumbling, but the Pillar of Faith remains.
