The Christian Occult: Why “Manifesting” is Modern Witchcraft
In the twilight of this age, the “Global Religion of Self” has achieved its most deceptive victory. It has entered the sanctuary, stood behind the pulpit, and whispered into the ears of the faithful that they possess the power to “speak their reality into existence.” They call it Manifesting; the Bible calls it Witchcraft.
1. The Alchemy of the Tongue
The modern “manifestation” movement teaches that your words carry a vibration that compels the universe to deliver your desires. This is not the “Prayer of Faith”; it is the Sorcery of the Will. While the believer is commanded to say, “If the Lord will, we shall live, and do this, or that” (James 4:15, KJV), the manifestor demands that the universe bow to their vision board.
When a man attempts to use spiritual laws to bypass the sovereignty of God, he is practicing the same rebellion that cast Lucifer from the heights.
2. The “Law of Attraction” vs. The Law of God
The world screams that you can “attract” your destiny. This is the ultimate Antichrist lie: the belief that man is the center of the spiritual solar system. It replaces the Blood of the Lamb with the “Vibration of the Self.”
“For they being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.” (Romans 10:3, KJV)
To “manifest” is to seek the hand of God while rejecting His face. It turns the Almighty into a cosmic vending machine, triggered by the “positive energy” of a sinner.
3. Lying Wonders in the Living Room
From “Christian” crystals to “Holy Spirit” tarot cards (renamed “destiny cards”), the occult is being sanitized for the pew. This is the “strong delusion” warned of in 2 Thessalonians 2:11. By focusing on “inner divinity” and “spiritual energy,” the modern seeker is being groomed to accept the Ultimate Manifestor—the Antichrist—who will come with all power and signs and lying wonders.
4. The Final Warning: Thy Will, Not Mine
The Cross is the death of the self; manifestation is the exaltation of the self. You cannot carry your cross while simultaneously trying to “manifest” a life of worldly ease and self-defined “abundance.” The “Heroes of Faith” did not manifest their way out of the lions’ den or the fiery furnace; they submitted to the God who holds the breath of all living things in His hand.
